Rewind shops have the opposite procurement problem to manufacturers. A production line needs a lot of one specification; a repair shop needs a little of forty, because the next machine through the door is whatever a customer brings.
That makes range, not volume, the thing to optimise. A rewind shop that has to refuse a job because it lacks one sleeving size or one paper thickness loses the whole job, not one line item.

A spread of sizes across sleeving and paper thickness keeps more jobs accepted. We can build a mixed pallet rather than quoting per item.
Minimums are negotiable when the list is broad
Small quantities of many items usually consolidate into a workable shipment even when no single line would meet a factory minimum on its own.
Repeat orders can be templated
Once a first mixed order settles, repeating it against your consumption is a short conversation rather than a fresh quote each time.

Buying insulation for motor repair & rewinding
We need small quantities of many items. Is that workable?
Yes — that is the normal shape of a rewind shop order and we set up to handle it. Small quantities across many items generally consolidate into a viable shipment even where no single line would meet a factory minimum alone. Send the full list rather than the largest item.
Can you supply a mixed range of sleeving sizes in one order?
Yes. Most rewind shops need six to ten internal diameters rather than volume in one size, and we quote it as a size range rather than line by line.
What are the payment terms for smaller orders?
Terms depend on order value and whether it is a first or repeat order. For smaller first orders the arrangement is usually straightforward — we will set it out clearly when quoting rather than leaving it to the end.
How long does shipping take to our port?
Transit time depends on destination and whether the shipment goes LCL or FCL. Tell us the destination port with your enquiry and we will give a realistic door-to-door estimate rather than a sailing time that omits handling.
