Low MOQ Insulation Material Supply
Workable quantities for buyers whose demand does not fill a factory minimum.
Factory minimums exist for a reason — a production run has a setup cost whether you order one tonne or ten. The problem is that a rewind shop or a small transformer builder may need a fraction of that and still be a perfectly good long-term customer.
The way around it is usually consolidation rather than negotiation. A quantity that looks unviable on its own often becomes workable when it travels with other materials in the same shipment, or when it is scheduled against a larger run.
What we can do depends on the item and the timing, so we would rather look at your actual list than publish a single minimum figure that would be wrong for most of the catalogue.
[ In practice ]
What this looks like
Consolidation across categories
Small quantities of paper, sleeving, tape and laminate combine into one shipment that is viable where no single line would be.
Scheduling against larger runs
Where an item is being produced anyway, adding a smaller quantity to that run is easier than commissioning a run for it.
Honest answers on what is not workable
Some items genuinely cannot be produced below a certain quantity. We would rather tell you that upfront than quote a number we then have to walk back.
When this is relevant
Relevant if your per-item demand is below typical factory minimums but your total requirement across several materials is meaningful.

Low MOQ Supply
What is your actual minimum order quantity?
It varies by item and whether the material is a stock grade or made to your width. Publishing one figure would be misleading across a catalogue this broad. Send your list and we will tell you which lines are workable as requested, which need adjusting, and which are not viable at that quantity.
Does a low MOQ mean a higher unit price?
Usually yes, to some degree — the setup cost is spread over less material. Consolidating with other items in one shipment is generally what recovers most of that difference.
Can we increase quantities later at the same price?
Larger repeat quantities normally improve the price rather than hold it. We would confirm the revised pricing at the time rather than promise a figure in advance of knowing the volume.
Tell us what you need to buy
Send the grades, thicknesses and quantities — or just describe the machine you build. We reply within one working day, and we will tell you plainly if something is outside what we can supply well.
