Our products come from production partners in Xuchang and Jiaozuo, so you get factory-level pricing and the ability to verify what you are buying. At the same time we are not tied to a single production line — which means when one material is better made elsewhere, we can say so and source it accordingly, instead of selling you what we happen to run.

We are in Henan province, China, and our production partners are in Xuchang and Jiaozuo — the region that accounts for a large share of China’s electrical insulation material output. Being close to the production side is what lets us confirm material and follow up on production without a layer in between.

Mostly small and mid-size transformer builders, motor manufacturers, rewind shops and regional distributors. If you are a very large manufacturer buying one material by the hundred tonnes, you would get a better price going to a factory directly and we would tell you so.

It varies by material and whether the item is a stock grade or made to your width, so a single published figure would be wrong for most of the catalogue. Small quantities across several materials often consolidate into a workable shipment even where no single line would clear a factory minimum on its own. Send your list and we will tell you which lines work as requested and which need adjusting.

Yes — mixed containers across categories are standard for us rather than an exception. For most transformer and motor builders it is the sensible way to buy, because a build pulls from four or five categories at once.

Sample material is generally free. Freight arrangement varies by destination and sample size, and we will tell you which applies when you enquire rather than surprising you afterwards. For a first order we would rather you tested the material on your own line than took a datasheet on trust.

For a first order, usually a deposit with the balance against shipping documents. For established repeat customers the arrangement can be more flexible. Terms are set out in the quote rather than raised at the end.

Yes. Slitting rolls to working width and cutting sheet or pressboard to drawing are both standard. Tell us the dimensions and tolerances, and for rolls your preferred core and roll diameter so the material fits your equipment without re-spooling.

Because they are industry reference values we have not yet confirmed with our production side, and we would rather label them than present them as certain. A figure marked as confirmed has been checked. A figure marked pending should be treated as indicative — ask us to confirm it for your specific order before you design to it.

What is available varies by material and production source, so we avoid blanket claims. Tell us what your application or your customer requires and we will confirm what can be provided for that specific material before you order.

By keeping the production source stable across repeat orders rather than re-sourcing each time for a marginally better price. If a source does have to change, we would tell you before the shipment rather than after.

Send photographs and the details and we will deal with it — replacement, credit, or a partial credit where the material is usable but not as specified. A supplier is worth judging on what happens when a shipment has a problem, not on what happens when it does not.

If you plan to visit or audit before ordering, we can help arrange the visit and go with you. Give us reasonable notice so it can be scheduled properly. If travel is not practical, a video walkthrough of the relevant production area is usually possible instead.

Most shipments go through Qingdao or Shanghai, depending on production location and your destination. Tell us your destination port and we will confirm routing.

We can quote FOB, CIF, EXW or DDP depending on how much of the import side you want to handle yourself. DDP is simplest for buyers without an established forwarder, though it is not always the cheapest — we will show you the comparison rather than pick for you.

Transit time depends on destination and whether the shipment goes LCL or FCL. We will give a realistic door-to-door estimate rather than a sailing time that omits handling and customs at both ends.

Varnish generally ships as dangerous goods, which constrains the routing more than the dry materials in our catalogue. It is workable, but tell us your destination port early so we can confirm the route before quoting.
