Insulation Material Samples Before Ordering
Material in your hands to test before you commit to a quantity.
Free samples are standard practice in this industry, and there is a good reason for it: a datasheet tells you what a material is supposed to do, and your own line tells you what it actually does in your process.
This matters most where two materials at the same thermal class behave differently in an automated inserter, or where mica or laminate quality varies in ways that are invisible in a photograph.
We would rather you test first. A sample that fails on your line costs everyone a few hundred grams of material; a container that fails costs considerably more and takes the relationship with it.

Sample Support
Are samples free?
Sample material itself is generally free. Freight arrangement varies by destination and sample size — we will tell you which applies when you enquire rather than surprising you afterwards.
How long does it take to receive a sample?
It depends on whether the grade is in stock and on courier transit to your country. We will give you a realistic date when confirming the sample rather than an optimistic one.
Can we get samples of several grades to compare?
Yes, and we would encourage it where you are choosing between constructions. Testing the grades that bracket your requirement tells you more than testing a single recommendation.
