Where the material comes from
We work directly with production partners in Xuchang and Jiaozuo, Henan — the region that accounts for a large share of China’s electrical insulation materials output. That proximity is what lets us confirm material, run samples, and follow up on production without a layer in between.
Xuchang and Jiaozuo in Henan province account for a large share of China’s electrical insulation material output — which is the practical reason the supply base sits there rather than anywhere else. That concentration is not an accident of marketing — it is where the supply chain, the skilled workforce and the equipment base actually are.
Being close to production is what makes it possible to confirm a material, run a sample, and follow up on a production run without a layer in between. It is also what makes a factory visit a realistic thing to offer rather than a line on a website.

What happens on the production side
Coating and laminating
The composite papers — DMD, NMN, NHN and DDP — are laminated constructions. This is where the film core and the non-woven or aramid faces are brought together, and where consistency across a production run is either achieved or lost.
Slitting and cutting
Material is slit to working width and cut to drawing rather than shipped in standard sizes and trimmed at your end. Roll diameter and core size are set to suit your equipment.
Impregnation and treatment
Treatment of fiberglass sleeving and cloth with acrylic, silicone and PVC coating systems, which is what sets the thermal class of the finished product.
Inspection before shipping
Goods are checked against the confirmed specification before they ship — dimensions, quantity, packaging and labelling. Finding a mismatch here is considerably cheaper than finding it at your dock.
