How we work

Both, and we think the honest answer matters more than the flattering one. Our products come from production partners in Xuchang and Jiaozuo, so you get factory-level pricing and the ability to verify what you are buying. At the same time we are not tied to a single production line — which means when one material is better made elsewhere, we can say so and source it accordingly, instead of selling you what we happen to run.

For a first order, terms are usually a deposit with the balance against shipping documents. For established repeat customers the arrangement can be more flexible. We set the terms out clearly in the quote rather than raising them at the end.

It varies by material and whether the item is a stock grade or made to your width. Rather than publish one figure that would be wrong for most of the catalogue, we would look at your list — small quantities across several materials often consolidate into a workable shipment even where no single line would clear a factory minimum.

Stock grades ship faster than material slit or cut to your specification, and consolidating several items means the shipment moves at the pace of the slowest one. We will give you a date against your actual list rather than a general figure, and tell you if one item is holding the rest back.

Most shipments go through Qingdao or Shanghai, depending on the production location and your destination. Tell us your destination port and we will confirm the routing and a realistic door-to-door time rather than a sailing time that leaves out handling.

Sample material is generally free — it is standard practice in this industry and we would rather you test than take a datasheet on trust. Freight arrangement depends on destination and sample size, and we will tell you which applies upfront.

If you plan to visit or audit before ordering, we can help arrange the visit and go with you. Give us reasonable notice so scheduling with the production site can be arranged properly. If travel is not practical, a video walkthrough of the relevant production area is usually possible instead.

Send photographs and the details and we will deal with it. Depending on what went wrong that means replacement, credit, or a partial credit where the material is usable but not as specified. We would rather resolve it than argue about it.

Neutral packaging and private labelling are both available and are easiest to set up before the first shipment rather than after. Tell us what you need on the packaging when you enquire.

Certification varies by material and production source. Rather than claim blanket coverage, tell us which certification your application or your customer requires and we will confirm what is available for that specific material before you order.
