Buyers placing a substantial first order sometimes want to see the production site before committing, and that is a reasonable thing to want. It is also harder to arrange from another country than it should be — scheduling, interpretation, and getting to a facility that is not near a major airport.
If you plan to visit, we can help arrange it and go with you. That covers the practical parts: arranging the visit, interpretation on the day, and following up afterwards on whatever the visit raises.
This is something we arrange in response to a specific plan rather than a programme we run. If a visit is not practical for you, a video walkthrough of the relevant production area is usually possible instead.

Can we visit before placing an order?
If you plan to visit, we can help arrange it and accompany you. Give us reasonable notice so scheduling with the production site can be arranged properly rather than rushed.
What if we cannot travel?
A video walkthrough of the relevant production area is usually possible instead. It is not equivalent to being there, but it answers more than photographs do.
Do you charge for accompanying a visit?
For a visit connected to a serious enquiry, this is normally part of doing business rather than a separate charge. If the scope is unusual we would discuss it beforehand rather than afterwards.
